Have questions about your shipment?

Frequently asked questions about international shipping and QR Passport.

International Shipping

Send parcels from Türkiye abroad. Find answers about pricing, delivery and tracking.

Are the prices on your website up to date?

Enter the destination country, parcel weight and dimensions in the shipping calculator. Check the current total in your cart before placing your order.

I’m having trouble paying by credit card. What should I do?

Before checkout, select Turkish lira (TRY) from the currency menu at the top of the page and try again. If the problem persists, share the error message with KargoGO support.

Why is the Add to Cart button disabled?

Complete the recipient and shipment details, then click Save. Once all required fields are filled in and the details are saved, you can add the shipment to your cart.

When will my parcel be collected from my address?

If pickup is available, the carrier or local branch sets the date and time window. Ask the branch for an estimated pickup time when you request collection.

Do I need to be a registered business to ship internationally?

You can create a shipment with an individual or business account. Additional documents may be required depending on the goods, the purpose of the shipment and the destination country.

How do I get my parcel to the KargoGO transfer centre?

Use the domestic carrier and transfer centre address specified for your order. Depending on the options in your area, you can request pickup or drop off the parcel at a branch.

Which weight is used to calculate my shipping cost?

We compare the actual weight of your packed parcel with its volumetric weight. The shipping cost is based on the rate bracket for whichever weight is higher.

Volumetric weight (kg) = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5,000.

For example, a parcel measuring 30 × 20 × 10 cm has a volumetric weight of 1.2 kg. If it weighs 0.9 kg on the scale, we use 1.2 kg. If it weighs 1.8 kg, we use 1.8 kg.

Do I need to sign a separate agreement to send a parcel?

You can use a free KargoGO account to create a shipment at the prices shown on our website. You don’t need to sign a separate shipping agreement.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your parcel is handed over to the international carrier, we send the tracking number and link to the email address registered on your account.

Is there a minimum monthly shipping commitment?

You can use the prices shown on our website even if you send just one parcel. There is no minimum monthly shipment requirement.

Can I ship to Russia?

Eligibility depends on the recipient type, destination address, parcel contents and carrier acceptance rules. Share the recipient and product details with KargoGO to confirm eligibility before ordering.

Will KargoGO open my parcel?

For security, parcels are opened and inspected under video recording at the transfer centre. We take care to protect the packaging and contents during inspection.

I live abroad. Which address should I use when shopping in Türkiye?

Before giving the seller a delivery address, contact KargoGO to confirm the transfer centre address and any shipment details you need to add to the parcel.

Can I send a shipment under Türkiye’s micro-export procedure?

Eligible shipments can be processed under a Simplified Customs Declaration (BGB). The first BGB registration can be created in the system using the sender’s Turkish national ID number or tax identification number.

Before preparing your parcel, confirm the required shipping form, invoice and any product-specific documents with KargoGO. Document review may affect dispatch times.

Why might the weight differ at the transfer centre?

We weigh and measure the parcel again at the transfer centre. The carrier bag and shipping documents can add weight. When calculating your shipping cost, weigh the packed parcel and use its external dimensions.

If we find a difference in weight or dimensions, KargoGO will let you know and share photos of the measurements.

Who pays customs charges, and what happens if they aren’t paid?

Import duties and processing fees vary according to the destination country’s rules and the shipment contents. Who pays depends on the shipment’s payment terms.

Delivery may be put on hold if the charges are unpaid. If a return or another action is needed, the available options and fees depend on the shipment.

QR Passport

Share photos and videos of your parcel with the recipient through a QR label.

What is a QR Passport?

A QR Passport is a digital record for your parcel. The sender adds photos or a video and creates a QR label. The recipient can view the shared content after scanning the label and completing verification.

How do I create a QR Passport?

Open the QR Passport section in your KargoGO account. Enter the parcel reference and recipient details, add your content, and select the option to save the parcel and generate a QR code.

What content can I add?

You can add parcel photos and a video. Advanced Options also includes fields for a PDF and a YouTube link. File size and duration limits are shown in the upload area.

How does the recipient view the parcel content?

The recipient scans the label with their phone camera and completes the verification step on the page that opens.

Can anyone who scans the QR code see the photos and videos?

Scanning the QR code opens the passport page. Recipient verification is required to view the parcel content.

How many credits does a QR Passport use?

Each new QR Passport uses 1 credit. You can reopen or reprint an existing label without creating a new passport.

Can I choose the label design?

Yes. When creating a passport, go to Advanced Options → QR Label Frame to preview and select a design.

How do I print the QR label?

Open the passport and select Print QR Label / Save as PDF. Attach the label to a flat, visible surface on the parcel.

Can I print several labels at once?

Select the entries you want from your QR Passport list and use the bulk printing option. You can print the labels or save them as a PDF.

What can the recipient do if an item is wrong or missing?

The recipient can report the issue to the sender using the parcel review section on the QR Passport page. To formally report damage, request a return or raise a delivery issue, follow the seller’s or carrier’s process.
