STEP 01
Calculate shipping cost
Select the destination country. Enter the parcel’s actual weight in kilograms and its dimensions in centimeters. The shipping cost is based on the greater of the actual and volumetric weights.
STEP 02
Enter your shipment details
Save the recipient’s address and describe the parcel contents. If the parcel contains different types of items, list each item and its value separately. You can also add the recipient’s email address.
STEP 03
Complete your order
Add your shipment to the cart. If you’re sending multiple parcels, create a separate shipment for each one and add them to the same cart. Complete your order using one of the payment options shown at checkout.
STEP 04
Send your parcel to our Bursa transfer center
Once you’ve completed your order, use one of the partner carriers below to send your parcel to the KargoGO transfer center in Bursa.

At the carrier’s branch, provide the agreement code shown above and give your name, address and phone number as the sender. Ask the branch to mark the domestic shipping charge as payable by the recipient (karşı ödemeli).
STEP 05
Track your shipment
We’ll email you a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched internationally. You can check its status on the carrier’s tracking page.
