What is QR Passport?
QR Passport is a KargoGO service that connects a physical package with digital content. The sender adds content and places the generated QR label on the package. The recipient scans the code, completes the available verification step and accesses the shared content.

Access for your recipient.
Scanning the QR code does not immediately reveal your uploaded private files. The recipient gains access through email verification, or SMS verification when enabled for the package.
YouTube links open on an external service. Video privacy settings are managed through YouTube.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to ship with KargoGO?
No. QR Passport can be used separately from shipping. You can attach its label to a package sent with another carrier.
Does the recipient need an app?
No. The recipient needs an internet-connected phone to scan the QR code and complete verification on the page that opens.
How are QR credits used?
Creating a new QR Passport uses 1 QR credit from your account. View your balance and credit options in your dashboard.
Does it guarantee package contents or delivery?
QR Passport shares content provided by the sender. It does not independently verify the physical package contents or replace official proof of delivery or carrier records.
